How are products purchased on the Raffdiamonds website paid for?

Option 1.

• Payment with VISA or MasterCard debit or credit card (or as applicable) issued by the buyer's bank.
• Payment is provided by the online payment operator Shopify Payments by application mobilePay .

Option 2.

• Payment by bank transfer (OP).
• This type of payment can be made after you have previously contacted a sales representative and have been informed by phone or email of the details of the order placed.

Important:

• For products in stock, payment will be made in full by card or payment order.
• The order will be delivered within the 7 working days, provided that the payment is confirmed in advance in the case of OP payments.
• Delivery time varies depending on the production level at the factory at the time the order is placed.
• Check the delivery times on each product page!

What are the transportation and assembly costs at the country level and Raffdiamonds stores?

The shipping services provided by the seller are determined depending on the delivery area and the value of the order according to the following rules:

The prices mentioned above include value added tax (VAT).

Important:

• Transportation is carried out by our own fleet.
• Transportation and ASSEMBLY products can be carried out either by the seller or by the buyer.
• When these services are offered together, the buyer can only opt separately for the transportation service and not for the assembly of the products.
• Delivery will be made within a maximum of 10 days from the date mentioned in the notification regarding the availability of the products, provided that the products to be delivered are paid in full, at the buyer's expense.
• During the warranty period, transportation from the customer to the place where the service is performed and transportation from the service to the customer is at the buyer's expense.
• The buyer is responsible for properly packaging the products being picked up.
